Where will my parts ship from?
i. Domestic products ship from San Jose, CA
ii. International products may either ship from San Jose, CA or from another one of our stocking / distribution facilities globally
Are there sales tax associates with my order when purchasing from web store?
For shipping destinations within California, sales taxes will be included at point of purchase. If resale certificate or exemption is appropriate, please place and request parts through firstname.lastname@example.org along with associated documents.
Are products returnable?
Parts purchased on web-store are generally NC/NR (non-cancelable / non-refundable) unless due to manufacturing defect at time or purchase. If defect is present, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of purchase
